should have or not have sex….?????

i am girl of 20yrs and in a relation with 24yr old guy.we both are committed to each other since 10months and we love each each other a lot.he wants me to have sex with him.but my problem is my hormones are imbalance where i don’t get my periods regularly and my treatment is going on in which i am advice to take tablets DIANE-35 and OBIMET-SR-500MG.and i have to take it atleast for 4months.so can u plzzzz….advice me what should i do.?
